Womens-Room-Top

Two passions of mine are…

  • the advancement and fulfilment of women in the workplace and
  • the transformational power of coaching.

Not every woman has the opportunity to work regularly on a one to one basis with an executive coach and so I wanted to see if there is a way to bring some of the great learnings I have gleaned from working with my amazing coaching clients to a wider audience.

And I wanted the audience to be an audience of women and an audience of women working in the law – an intersectionality that I think faces particularly interesting challenges.

What you’ll find on this website are answers to specific coaching questions that people have raised but also links to

  • The Women’s Room Podcast where I interview an amazing woman working in the law about their career, challenges they’ve faced, as well as some live coaching around a specific issue, plus their top three pieces of advice to their younger self
  • And the Women’s Room YouTube Channel with videos covering topics that come up regularly when I coach or give talks

I’ll be releasing an episode every two weeks simultaneously on both platforms so subscribe to both or to the Women’s Room – Legal Division LinkedIn Page to make sure you don’t miss an episode.

While these both aimed at women working in and around the law, I’m delighted if other people find their way here and find the content useful.

Why The Women’s Room?
